2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use Anyprompt for personal or commercial purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • Modify or copy the materials
  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose without proper subscription
  • Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Anyprompt
  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
  • Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly or annually).

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Refunds are processed according to our refund policy.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Anyprompt and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain all rights to the prompts and content you create using our service. However, by using our service, you grant us a license to use, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the service.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the Service in any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation
  • Exploit, harm, or attempt to exploit or harm minors in any way
  • Transmit any advertising or promotional material, spam, or any other unsolicited communication
  • Impersonate or attempt to impersonate the Company, an employee, another user, or any other person or entity
  • Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Anyprompt, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
